Draw a big arch
Lightly draw a wide curved arch across the page.

Add more arches
Draw 6 more arches inside the first one, each a little smaller.

Color the bands
Color the arches Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet — top to bottom (ROYGBIV).

Add fluffy clouds
Draw a bumpy cloud at each end of the rainbow. Color them white or leave them blank.

Sparkles & sun
Add a little smiling sun and tiny ✦ sparkles around the rainbow.
